Where do you ship?

We ship locally as well as regionally to the following countries: UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we accept Credit Cards as well as COD (Cash on Delivery) however we only accept Credit Card Payments for any shipment outside of Egypt.   

 

Can I return / exchange the products I buy?

Returns’ and exchanges are only accepted in Egypt as long as the product isn’t worn and within 14 days.

Would I pay for a return / exchange?

You will only cover the cost of shipping and any difference in price from your original order in case of an exchange.  

How soon can I get my order?

In Egypt you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days. Internationally, the order can be expected to deliver within 3-5 business days.

I’m buying a present for a birthday tomorrow; do you offer same-day deliveries?
